Red Princess 0.3 Patch Notes
Hi!
Its time for another patch! As I wrote in the previous devlog, we have a new Hero, a reworked one (or more!) some new polish, along with changes, fixes, additions, etc. So lets dive into it!
1. New Content:
1.1: New Locations:
- 2 new locations added.
1.2: New Item:
- 1 new Item added.
1.3: New Achievements:
- 3 new Achievements added.
1.4: New Hero:
- 1 new Hero added.
2. New Features:
- Changed how your position on the Map is shown. Its now an icon of your Hero (each hero has its own look!) with a different animation.
- You can now hover over your position Icon to hide it so you can see what's behind it easier.
- You can change the skin color of your Hero.
3. Changes:
3.1: Heroes:
- Rouge now has a new Ability: Whenever you gain a Key or open a lock, gain 1 Stamina.
- Balanced all Heroes so now they all have 10-points worth of starting stats.
- Updates Heroes' description.
- Changed Baron's Icon and it's related Achievements.
- Change Adventurer Ability's VFX.
3.2: Locations:
- Preparation Ground now bans Closed Locations too.
- Adjusted the Icons of Scroll Yard, Upside Down Road and Pale Road.
3.3: Achievements:
- Changed some Achievements' description.
4. Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug with Windmill when being drafted from North at highest Rank.
- Fixed a bug with Capital and Locations with ALL types.
- Fixed a problematic problem with Crumbling Platform and other Locations.
- Fixed a bug with Frozen Cave not updating will with other Locations.
- Fixed a visual bug with Ever Open Door's pathways shown as red, while they should be green.
- Corrected some typos.
5. Misc.:
- Another infrastructural changes.
- Changed some of Actions' text.
- Changed Inventory background's color to blue.
- Added a simple green background to the Map.
- Adjusted how floating texts and animations work.
- Some Locations' Icon now rotates based on where you are Drafting them from.
- Adjusted Tutorial section based on the changes.

- 1 New hidden Interaction added.
- 1 New Combo added.
- Modifiers' changes now persist between runs.

This patch was a good patch in terms of visual polish and infrastructural changes. Next patch I'll focus on adding more stuff so I can unlock Day 4. Because a minimum of Locations/Items needed to be in the game so it doesn't turn into a similar experience every run.
